A very tough moment for Barbara in particular was saying a last goodbye to her mum when leaving Poland, knowing they may not see each other again.

As warm showers hosts in Dublin, they welcomed fellow cyclists into their home, learning valuable lessons and gaining insights into the world of long-distance cycling. This experience prepared them for their own travels, where they have been hosted by countless kind-hearted individuals, reinforcing the belief that the world is filled with good people.

From the rugged terrains of Patagonia to the iconic Route 40, Barbara and Jordi’s adventure is filled with breathtaking landscapes and heartwarming encounters with locals. Their story highlights the beauty of slow travel and the deep connections formed with people along the way.
